  • Anne Pham, Class of 2008, Published in Foreign Service Journal

    Anne Pham (National War College 2008 Graduate, phamad@state.gov) recounts her journey from Vietnam refugee to State Department official and her quest to find the FSOs, USAID, and military personnel who helped save her life in this featured article of the FSJ. Anne Pham was also credited in Rory Kennedy's new documentary, "Last Days in Vietnam." The documentary covers the interagency evacuation that saved many lives, including hers. The documentary utilized some of the research Pham subsequently conducted while on the Faculty at the National Defense University ICAF/Eisenhower School.
